Being the founder and visionary of D. Carter Inspires and the JUST D.I.V.E online hub, I am able to inspire, develop, and empower people to awaken their dreams and purpose.

In 2020, I was a speaker at a prophetic prayer conference. During that time, God gave me a signature
4-phase strategy for success. I decided to turn that message into a book and do ministry through writing. In result, I created my very first book called, "JUST D.I.V.E".
I decided to expand and work the vision of the JUST D.I.V.E brand to create an online hub for many sectors. It will provide empowerment, enlightenment, and encouragement through online courses and mentorship, apparel and much more.

Pursuing my God-given vision, God afforded me the opportunity to be featured in a magazine called "The Voyage". This was a huge accomplishment for as an author and entrepreneur. In October 2021, God afforded me another opportunity for me to speak on a major television show called, "The Impact Network". It allowed me to gain exposure to over 90 million viewers.

To expand the brand of "JUST D.I.V.E", I use social media and networking events to scale my business. This allows me to meet new people, empower, and awaken their dreams to shift them from potential to greatness.
